Summer Self Care!
We all know it is important! What do you do?
I enjoy traveling when I get the chance. I try to make it to the YMCA 3 xs a week.
I also try to practice some mindfulness in the morning and some times during breaks in the day. It helps me not to respond too quickly when things come up during the day,
My goal this school year is to drink more water during the school day. What goals are others setting for this school year regarding self care.
Self care for me can come in many different forms. I do love to really exercise but if I can get outside and get fresh air that really helps. I enjoy a good book, baking, riding my horse or working in my garden.
For this school year, I hope to be a little more organized going into it. I think that will help start off right. I started a new job 2 years ago, so my first year was learning the ropes. Last year we got a new building and weren't able to get into it until right before school started. This year I feel a little more ready for what to expect.
